| 一、简介 Applications |

DLD1系列无滑环干式，通电型工作的单片电磁离合器，线圈不旋转，一对摩擦付，结构紧凑，传递力矩大，响应迅速，无空载损耗。
适用于高频动作的机械传动系统，可在主动部分运转的情况下，使从运拨粉与主动部分结合或分离。广泛适用于包装机械、印刷机械、纺织机械、轻工机械及办公机械中。

DLD1 Clutches are singledisc clutches for dry operation,without
sliping,the coil not rotating.Hingh transmitting torque,quick
response and no drag torque.
They are widely used in packing machines,printing machines,printing
machines,textile machines ete…,to realize the engaging and disengaging
the driven and driving shaft while the latter is running. |

注意事项
◎ 摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁。
◎ 安装时必须保证气隙"δ"
◎ 齿轮套不得有轴向窜动
◎ 安装后必须旋出空心螺栓锁紧在电动机后端盖或法兰盘上 |

Warning
Eriction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and
free of grease.
When fixing,the airgap"δ"should be kept to the specified
value.
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the back cover or
the flange plate. |
