DLZ1系列是将干式单片电磁离合器、制动器结合在一起的组合体，通过控制离合器、制动器线圈的供电来实现负载的传递和制动的功能。广泛应用于机械自动化系统中。
DLZ1系列电磁离合器制动器由离合器部分、制动器部分、传动轴、外壳、基座等组成。无空载力矩、使用寿命长、动作灵敏、性能稳定、安装调整方便。

DLZ1 series are a combination of electromagnetic clutches
and brakes.Their transmission and braking functions are based
on the loads created by the supply of power to the clutches
and brakes.Thus they are applicable to a great variety of automation
systems.
DLZ1 series consist of a clutch,a brake, a transmission axis,a
hood and a base.They feature no racing torque,durable,reliable
and easy to install. |

注意事项
◎ 摩擦片及衔铁表面不得有油污，必须保持清洁。
◎ 安装时必须保证气隙"δ"
◎ 齿轮套不得有轴向窜动
◎ 安装后必须旋出空心螺栓锁紧在电动机后端盖或法兰盘上 |

Warning
Eriction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and
free of grease.
When fixing,the airgap"δ"should be kept to the specified
value.
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the back cover or
the flange plate. |
